to the Tower Crane School of Phoenix (TCSP) website.
TSCP
is an
Arizona Conditional Vocational School
that exists to teach both new
and experienced operators best industry practices and to
prepare them for the NCCCO written and practical
examinations.
The
Tower Crane School of Phoenix
team is dedicated to creating a
curriculum that is the best in the country. Our
UNIQUE
training on Tower and
Small/Large Mobile cranes includes:
· Complete crane setup including boom and jib sections.
· Reeving crane hooks and blocks.
· Splicing cables and ropes.
· Rigging techniques
· Verbal and hand crane signals
· Setting of wall forms and steel columns/structural steel
· Concrete bucket placement
· Speed and load control under various conditions
· Tower Crane Simulator by Simlog

30 years
experience in
the crane operating industry. With 6
current certifications/accreditations as
both an NCCCO operator and examiner, Ronnie
has supervised operated and rigged picks as
large as 1500-2000 tons at sea and on land
and understands how to maintain, erect or
operate every style of crane.

It is Ronnie’s goal to pass on the crane
skills and knowledge that he has accumulated
through practical field experience and NCCCO/OSHA
training and pass this on to students
seeking either a new career or to improve
their current skills.
